Which airline do you use? Are meals and tea served on the plane?
We fly with Turkish Airlines and Saudia Airlines. We offer a satisfying meal menu and tea service.
Do you provide flight convenience for umrah pilgrims coming from outside the city?
No matter which city in Turkey our umrah pilgrims are in, we offer free connecting flights depending on the flight day. We arrange the flight schedule by connecting them to their city upon return from umrah.
What is the baggage and zamzam allowance for umrah pilgrims?
It varies between 30 and 40 kg depending on the flight program. They have a 5-liter zamzam allowance on return. This baggage allowance is evaluated per person.
Do you have female staff members?
Yes, we do. Our male guide conducts the tours and leads during the umrah worship. Our female staff member assists the women and helps our umrah pilgrims with their worship.
What documents do you require after deciding to go on umrah?
It is sufficient for them to bring us their passports. However, the validity of their passports should be at least 1 year. It is prohibited for umrah pilgrims to travel abroad with passports with a validity of 6 months or less.
Do you serve our citizens living abroad?
Yes, we do. Once they scan and send us their passports, we can easily proceed with the transactions.
