Wa alaikum salaam. I have performed Umrah several times with Mirzade Tourism, and alhamdulillah, I have been very satisfied. The service of Hatice Hanım in the holy lands, as well as the organized services of the company owner, Emin Bey, were excellent. I am very grateful; they never left us alone, just like a true family company. When I looked at Mirzade Tourism reviews, I always saw messages of satisfaction, except for one complaint from someone named Zuhal that caught my eye. I do not agree with that message at all because, as I mentioned, I have performed Umrah several times and have never encountered any of the negative experiences mentioned in the complaint. Clearly, Zuhal is someone who went for the first time and perhaps for tourist purposes. If Umrah is done sincerely for Allah, it is inevitable to face trials; after all, the world is a place of tests, especially a place like the Hijaz, where our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Companions endured hardship and persecution for the sake of Islam. Of course, one will be tested. I found the complaint message truly unnecessary; weak people complain, period. I will continue my journey with Mirzade Tourism.
